Shipping policy

Eden Flower Studio delivers across the Macarthur region. Please enter your delivery address at checkout to see a delivery fee.

Please select your preferred delivery date at checkout. Same day delivery is available for all orders placed before 12pm Monday- Saturday. We do not deliver on Sunday. 

Monday - Saturday orders placed after 12pm will be processed and delivered the following business day unless another date has been chosen at checkout.

Eden Flower Studio is closed on public holidays, we will deliver your gift on the next available business day.

Eden Flower Studio uses private couriers who design their route according to the areas they are traveling to that day, we cannot guarantee which time order your flowers will be delivered in.

Business deliveries are completed between 10am- 5pm, residential deliveries are completed between 10am-6:30pm. If you require delivery by a certain time, please call our store on 02 46484866.

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received. It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you notice you have entered incorrect details, please call our store on 02 46484866 asap so we can make the changes before the order leaves with a courier. If the delivery details given are incorrect and delivery has already been attempted a second delivery fee will be charged to pay our couriers.

If a recipient is not home our courier will leave the order in a shaded spot near the front door if it safe to do so and a calling card will be left in their letter box notifying of the delivery. If there is no safe spot to leave the order or the property is inaccessible a calling card will be left in the letterbox and the order returned to our store at Gregory Hills. We will notify the sender to re-arrange delivery; additional delivery fees will apply.  

In the event that a wrong address has been provided the order will be returned to our store at Gregory Hills. We will notify the sender to re-arrange delivery; additional delivery fees will apply.
