Refund policy

At Eden Flower Studio our mission is to bring joy through our flowers and our service.

Therefore, if you have any issue with your order please notify us asap by calling our store on 0246484866 or email us at info@edenflowerstudio.com.au

There is always something we can do for you to ensure your experience with Eden Flower Studio is a joyous one.

Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately, all return/refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery/shop sale with a valid reason for return.

If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue and make it right asap. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, you will also need the proof of purchase, if emailing please include photos. 

All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original card on which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original card for which the order was purchased, by cash or by a voucher to the same amount paid.

Please be aware that flowers are a natural product and therefore each flower grows and develops differently, no two arrangements will ever look the same and we do not replicate images. Your order will be a unique design using the colour scheme and style you select. Images on our site are examples of our work only and show examples of colour schemes and style.

Fresh flowers will last on average 5-7 days depending on their variety and on the care they receive. Please see our flower care page for tips on how to help your flowers last longer.

Should you require to cancel your order, the full amount will be refunded less a $10.00 Administration Fee. Cancellations received within 24 hrs will be charged a 25% of the total value of the order. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been created and are in the process of being delivered.
